Summer School on Transitional Justice and the Politics of Memory

Research in Ethics and Globalization (REG) at the University of Groningen, Netherlands, and the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Rijeka, Croatia, are delighted to announce their Summer School on Transitional Justice and the Politics of Memory which will be held on the island of Cres, Croatia, from June 24th to July 4th, 2013.

Summer School in Comparative Conflict Studies

The Center for Comparative Conflict Studies (CFCCS) at the Faculty of Media and Communications (FMK), Singidunum University of Belgrade, Serbia, invites you to apply for the forth Summer School in Comparative Conflict Studies.

Bulgarian state exams

We will hold an information session on the state exams in EUR and POS on Tuesday (April 16), 7:15 p.m. in the BAC computer lab (room 101). We cannot promise that we'll help you earn a better grade, but we will at least try to alleviate some anxieties.

The two exams will be held on May 7 (EUR) and 8 (POS). The procedure, guidelines, assigned readings, and sample questions from past exams are posted on the Registrars' web page: http://pointsadhsblog.wordpress.com/2012/01/16/the-lee-robins-study-and-its-legacy-part-one.

The department has been working hard in developing connections with various organizations who are interested in hosting interns from AUBG, and more specifically student smajoring in POS and EUR. Negotiations are still in the process, but I would like to draw your attention to several upcoming opportunities that might be available even as soon as this summer. Should you be interested in an internship for this summer, next academic year or next summer, please, make sure to contact me and prepare to provide me with a CV.
